FAQs

  • Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome in the courtyard & car park area. However, they are not permitted inside the ice cream parlour itself (except from service/guide dogs)

  • We do not manage table bookings or time slots currently

  • No tours available as we are a working farm.

  • Due to a large scale expansion of our factory, unfortunately our viewing gallery has now been removed.

  • Yes we do! Simply show your card the team in parlour to redeem your discount. More information here: https://pardcard.com/

  • We now have a bike park located in the top car park for people who wish to cycle to the farm. Please do not park your bike in the courtyard area.

  • We always have a selection of Vegan ice cream and spring water sorbets in our freezer cabinet. Please ask the parlour team for gluten free flavours or refer to our allergen list on display.

  • Although we are unable to offer tours around the farm and factory, we can offer discount on ice creams for visiting groups of 15+ children. Please email info@callestickfarm.co.uk for more information and how to pre book.

  • All the ice cream produced in our factory is now nut free. However our parlour still uses ingredients and dessert inclusions which include nuts or are nut based. If you do have nut allergy, please mention this to the team and they will help you.
