We were the first ice cream producer to have been awarded the Red Tractor Standard. A tremendous way of assuring our customers of quality right from cow to cone.

There is a large biomass boiler on site running off wood chips which powers all our buildings and heats all our water.

We have been producing the finest Cornish ice cream since 1989 and the business has grown steadily over the past 25 years.

Callestick Farm and it's environment

We have a herd of around 300 cows, a mixture of Jersey x Friesian. With the calving season soon approaching, that number is about to get much bigger.

~

Including members of the Parker family, there are only 18 workers on Callestick farm, managing the herd, production, tea room, sales and offices.

~

Our stock is sold and delivered all over the county and also to different parts of the country, with restaurants and pubs in London regularly stocking us on their menus.

~

Our herd produces 2,000 liters of milk a day and on an average production day we can make 1,200 liters of ice cream a day!

~

Where does all the left over milk go? We sell it to suppliers like Arla to go into their large range of products.
